ATLANTA, March 1, 2012
ATLANTA, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SEEBURGER today announced the integration of its SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS), including the multiple-award-winning SEEBURGER Managed File Transfer (SEE MFT) platform for protecting shared files, with Code Green Networks' TrueDLP solution for content-aware data loss prevention (DLP). The integration allows SEEBURGER MFT customers to apply content-aware data loss prevention policies to block transmission of any file containing data that violates corporate security or regulatory compliance. The combined SEEBURGER/Code Green Networks offering is available immediately from either SEEBURGER or Code Green Networks sales representatives.
Code Green Networks' TrueDLP data loss prevention solution accurately detects sensitive data in motion on the network, in use on the endpoint, or at rest on endpoints and servers. Its powerful Discovery capability gives administrators the ability to locate and identify sensitive data residing on servers within data centers and throughout the network. Typical installations take a few hours and can be handled with a single appliance or can scale with multiple appliances for larger organizations.
With the integration of DLP technology from Code Green Networks, SEEBURGER enhances the ability of the SEE MFT platform to provide a secure, reliable, and easily managed file sharing solution with full visibility and controls for governance and compliance for large and/or sensitive files shared both internally and externally.
SEE MFT includes business process management, policy enforcement, DLP support and a centralized audit trail unavailable from conventional solutions like FTP; support for unlimited file sizes including those that exceed email attachment limitations; seamless integration with SAP; and the industry-first ability to consolidate all types of business file transfers as well as EDI/B2B supply chain messages into a single view for easy traceability, single-vendor accountability and a low total cost of ownership.
SEEBURGER also offers the only B2B/MFT technology capable of synchronizing all data flow processes both inside and outside the enterprise to ensure that the right file is transmitted to the right person at the right time. The business process management engine built into SEEBURGER BIS can orchestrate multiple rules-based processes in sequence, including calling compression, virus scan and DLP engines, and handle errors without the complications of point-to-point solutions.
"Every time a file is transferred with our business integration suite, we provide full policy enforcement orchestrated by business process management to avoid compromising regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection and business operations in general. Content-aware data loss prevention adds the critical ability to analyze the content of that file and execute actions accordingly, including forbidding the transfer of sensitive information," said Rohit Khanna, EVP, Global Strategy and Corporate Development, at SEEBURGER. "Code Green Networks offers an economical, fast-to-deploy, easy-to-manage and highly regarded DLP solution that will strengthen our customers' ability to avert data leakage."
"With today's increasingly complex business environment, stringent compliance regulations and rising data breach concerns, many of our customers require business integration, process management and secure file transfer capabilities in addition to data loss prevention. SEEBURGER offers all three in an award-winning package with key advantages including the exclusive ability to view all business, supply chain and trading partner file transfer activity in the same log," said John O-Leary, Worldwide VP, Sales and Marketing, Code Green Networks. "This integration offers a robust DLP-business integration solution with the same rapid deployment, simplified management and comprehensive features that we have built into TrueDLP."
SEEBURGER also supports data loss prevention solutions from other leading vendors. More information on SEEBURGER's Business Integration Suite, including B2B and MFT solutions, is available at www.seeburger.com/business-integration-suite.html and www.seeburger.com/mft
